Sails: Mainsail in fair condition, no tears, some minor stains. Rudder & Tiller in good condition, new tiller and tiller cover reported one year ago. Radio condition unknown, not tested, appears serviceable, antennae broken. Lifelines & Stanchions in good condition for age. Unable to inspect keel because this boat was in water at time of inspection. Keel, 22 inch shoal draft keel/centerboard. Igloo cooler located in cabin under stairs in fair condition for age. Cockpit area in good condition for age, table. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection. Based on visual inspection the remainder of the hull appears to be intact and in fair to good condition. There is a hole above the water line in the transom approximately 1’ around where the mount for outboard engine was torn off.
